1. Who this is for
This policy applies to anyone who applies for, enrols in, or enquires about the Neuro Leadership Accelerator — a 12-week coaching programme offered by Zero Advice Coaching, Ani Majumdar.
2. What we collect
We collect only what is necessary to deliver the programme — your name, phone number, email address, LinkedIn profile URL, and your responses to the application form. Payment details are processed by our payment partner and are not stored by us.
3. How we use it
Your information is used solely to assess your application, deliver the programme, and communicate with you about it. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties.
4. Confidentiality
What you share in 1:1 coaching sessions and group sessions is treated as strictly confidential. Sessions are not recorded without your explicit consent. You agree to extend the same confidentiality to other participants.
5. Not therapy or medical advice
This is a coaching programme. It is not psychotherapy, counselling, or medical treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health condition, please consult a qualified professional.
6. No guarantee of results
Individual outcomes vary. We make no guarantee of specific results. The Clarity Guarantee applies as stated in your enrolment agreement.
