1. Who this is for
These terms apply to anyone who applies for, enrols in, or participates in the Neuro Leadership Accelerator — a 12-week coaching programme offered by Zero Advice Coaching, Ani Majumdar. By enrolling, you agree to these terms.
2. The programme
The Neuro Leadership Accelerator is a 12-week coaching programme delivered through 1:1 sessions, group sessions, and supporting materials. We may adjust the schedule, format, or content where reasonably necessary to deliver the programme effectively.
3. Enrolment and payment
Your place is confirmed once your application is accepted and payment is received. Payments are processed by our payment partner. Fees, instalment options, and any applicable Clarity Guarantee are set out in your enrolment agreement, which takes precedence over any summary on this site.
4. Your commitment
The programme works best when you show up. You agree to attend scheduled sessions, complete agreed work between sessions, and give reasonable notice if you need to reschedule. Missed sessions are not automatically refunded or rescheduled.
5. Confidentiality
What you share in 1:1 and group sessions is treated as strictly confidential. Sessions are not recorded without your explicit consent. You agree to extend the same confidentiality to other participants and not to share their information outside the programme.
6. Not therapy or medical advice
This is a coaching programme. It is not psychotherapy, counselling, or medical treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health condition, please consult a qualified professional. Coaching is not a substitute for professional medical or psychological care.
7. No guarantee of results
Individual outcomes vary and depend on your participation. We make no guarantee of specific results. The Clarity Guarantee, where offered, applies only as stated in your enrolment agreement.
8. Intellectual property
All programme materials, frameworks, and resources are the property of Zero Advice Coaching and are provided for your personal use only. You may not copy, resell, or distribute them without written permission.
9. Cancellation and rescheduling
Any cancellation, refund, or rescheduling terms are governed by your enrolment agreement. Please contact us as early as possible if your circumstances change.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zero Advice Coaching is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your participation. You remain responsible for your own decisions and actions.
